From Hollywood hit movies to medical education videos, 3D design is used to give people a unique look at advanced animation (very realistic in many cases). Companies with a product they sell can use 3D design to improve the understanding of their product or give a full 360 degree view of the product. This adds an element of class not possible with photos.

Product packaging or product visualization is important in the world of products sold to both business and consumers. Imagine you went to a website selling a skin care product. Imagine you can fully rotate the product on the website giving you a much better picture of what you are going to be getting. You are going to be much more likely to buy the product from that site versus a site with low quality single images for their products.

The key with this is that people want to trust the company they are going to buy from. Being able to see much more depth regarding a product will help people imagine themselves buying the product and your sales increase.
