It is important that you let the client know that we are going to write and post their blogs directly to the site. The key with the service is that we need to keep a consistent flow of the blog posts and they are being written for the purpose of SEO (meaning we show up for keywords that their potential customers would be searching - based on the keyword research we will do). So these will be different than the type of blogs that the client will write themselves.
If they want to be really involved in blogging, then tell them it's totally fine if they want to add their own blogs to the site as well, but these should be done in addition to ours.
Just let them know we will auto post as the content team will write them and you will review them before posting anyways and then move onto the next step of the questionnaire.
If the client is in Finance, Medical or Legal, then they will generally be required to review them and then you can select Require Approval in the drop down below.
Explain call tracking and let the client know that we are going to set up call tracking on their website so they (and us) are able to see how many calls they are getting. This will mask the number with a local area code number for their business on the site with the new one. Calls will go instantly to them though, so they won't have any problems missing calls. We are also able to turn on call recording so that they can hear the calls and know any calls that they missed so they can call them back if they want.
This is a huge benefit and included in the cost of the service with us.
As a note, if someone doesn't want a local number, then you call tell them that we can do it with a Toll Free Number as well. Then when you set it up in WhatConverts, just use a tool free number.
If the client is in a medical field, controlled by HIPAA, then we can turn off the Call Recording, but just leave on the other options. You would just turn on the HIPAA option in WhatConverts.
Discuss with Client the Keyword Research being the next step!
Go over the purpose of keyword research and why we are going to use a balance of more competitive and not so competitive keywords. The client should also understand the level of plan that they are receiving in that there are companies out there that pay tens or hundreds of dollars per month for high rankings. The keyword research is an important aspect to SEO and when done correctly can dramatically improve client's ranking.
