This will potentially involve changing or rebuilding your website, creating or optimizing an advertising campaign, writing blog posts for you as well as creating and sending out a monthly newsletter to your mailing list.

Implementation

We then implement your plan in full. We have the in-house capability to rebuild your website from scratch and create all marketing pieces you will need to ensure you reach your target audience and communicate how you solve their problem perfectly. Examples of items created on the plan would be marketing automation, email campaigns, a customized website, promotional items, materials to support sales pitches, testimonials from clients, advertisements, blog posts, etc.

Tracking Results

Track all results from the campaign. We will put different phone numbers on different ads and then track the calls you receive to see which is driving in more business, we can track the performance of your online ads down to the penny, the performance of your website, everything. You don’t know what is working or why unless you are set up to see the results, so we track every piece of your marketing campaign.

Campaign Adjustments

Based on the results of the campaign, we will make adjustments to the different pieces of your plan and observe what happens. As an example we can test two different versions of an ad and see which one brings in more sales.

We will constantly review and adjust the campaign based on the results to ensure you are actually getting increased leads and sales.

Reporting and Analytics

We do a monthly review call and discuss how things are going and next steps.

We will also review the other actions you have going on in the business and will make recommendations on how can tie together all actions in a unified way.

Lead Generation Questions

How much does it cost?

This all depends on your goals, expectations and the approach that we work out based on this information. The best way to answer this is that we get you on the phone with a marketing consultant who can do a full Discovery call, leading to us having all the information we need on how we can help you and you knowing exactly what the approach would be that would get the results.

What if I have outside companies already?

No problem. Again, we can either replace parts of your operation that aren’t working the way that you expect, or work with the parts that are working well. We are more than happy to become an execution arm and play nice with others. :-).

I have more questions. What do I do?

We recommend you Schedule a Call with one of our marketing specialists who will be more than happy to talk with you about your options and get you a quote.

Do you replace any existing staff?

We can, but don’t necessarily have to. Many times our clients have a Marketing Director who is our contact point in the company to go over the campaign (although we do work directly with Owners a lot). We are happy to work with the existing staff and teams that you have to fill the holes of what they need help with. Marketing Director’s generally need help on the execution side and that is what we are here for.

Do you actually help implement the strategy?

Totally! We believe firmly that creating strategies are great, but without them being executed, they aren’t worth much. We prefer to be involved in the entire process and have the goal of helping you grow sales and profit through marketing, software and consulting. We believe we are a great fit for companies that want to grow and improve their businesses, but know they are going to have to spend some money to do it.
