This section is useful to understand in advertising what kind of offers could be made to a potential customer to get them to reach you or buy from you. For example, if you sell a product it could be free shipping above a certain amount of dollars. Or on leads, it might be a free download of information, estimate, analysis or e-book.

The Goals
Will the ad campaigns be generating sales or leads?*
Discuss with the client how we will measure the conversions created by the ad campaign. Usually for a website that offers services or products but does not sell them online, we would measure conversions by the number of the number of phone calls and/or web forms that get generated by the ads. For ecommerce websites, we would generally track the number and also the value of sales generated. However, we can also track engagement goals such as time spent on the website or pages viewed per visit if neither leads nor sales are the goal.
How will we measure conversions?*
Explain call tracking and let the client know that we are going to set up call tracking on their website so they (and us) are able to see how many calls they are getting. This will mask the number with a local area code number for their business on the site with the new one. Calls will go instantly to them though, so they won't have any problems missing calls. We are also able to turn on call recording so that they can hear the calls and know any calls that they missed so they can call them back if they want.

This is a huge benefit and included in the cost of the service with us.

As a note, if someone doesn't want a local number, then you call tell them that we can do it with a Toll Free Number as well. Then when you set it up in WhatConverts, just use a tool free number.

If the client is in a medical field, controlled by HIPAA, then we can turn off the Call Recording, but just leave on the other options. You would just turn on the HIPAA option in WhatConverts.

Keywords
Keywords are a key part of online advertising as all ad campaigns and ads will be based on these keywords. When launching the client's campaign, we will conduct keyword research based on best practices, aimed for best results. However, the client's initial input will help ensure we are doing the keyword research in the correct areas.

Display Ads
As part of the client's PPC campaign, we will be running Ads on the display network as well as remarketing Ads to catch possible clients and bring them to the client's website. This is something you will need to fill into the Hub Shout PRQ (their set up questionnaire, but not something you will need to go over with the client)

Next Steps
Discuss the next steps with the client. Let them know that we will be setting up their accounts, creating the ads and will let them know when the ads are running. Also let them know that our reports will be issued monthly and that we'll be in touch and accessible in between. They can feel free to reach out any time with questions.
